1. Service Desk Support Analyst

Job Description:

• Field incoming help requests from end users via both telephone and e-mail in a courteous manner
• Identify and learn appropriate software and hardware used and supported by the organization
• 1st and 2nd Line support – trouble shooting of IT Related problems
• Log calls in Service Desk , Document all pertinent end user identification information, including name, department, contact information, and nature of problem or issue
• Escalate unresolved issues to the infrastructure support team.
• Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
• Apply diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting a Windows 7, Office 2010, Exchange 2010 environment
• Dealing with remote access issues involving VPN, and Citrix.
• Provide basic in-house training in MS Office applications used within the Organization (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
• Imaging / Deploying new / replacement support laptops and desktop equipment.
• Test fixes to ensure problem has been adequately resolved
• Basic Active Directory Knowledge, Creating User Accounts, Reset Passwords, Create Groups

Requirement:

• Candidate must be a B.Tech/BCA/MCA/BSc (any discipline)/BE (any discipline)/Graduate, with experience in Information Technology related Processes
• 2-5 years of experience in the Information Technology industry with knowledge of basic computer hardware
• ITIL qualification preferable but not essential
• Willing to work in Shifts
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Based operating systems with emphasis on Windows 7 and Office 2010.
• Experience with using outlook within a network environment (permissions, calendar sharing and delegation.
• Ability to conduct research into a wide range of computing issues as required
• Strong analytical, problem solving, critical thinking and decision-making skills, multitask and deliver under tight deadlines
• Keen attention to detail, excellent customer service and strong documentation skills
• Nature of business requires the candidate to be flexible to work in designated shift hours.

2. Analyst Security Operations

Job Description:

The Security Operations Analyst provides operational support & analysis for a diverse set of security events. The Security Operations Analyst will monitor technologies that detect threats and analyze data from a suite of technologies and intelligence sources to determine the type & severity and recommend appropriate actions, including escalation to senior staff.

• Monitor security technologies and mailboxes to respond to threats
• Participate in security incident response through in-depth, technical (log, forensic, malware, packet, etc.) analysis
• Collect security incident metrics & data to enable reporting to senior management

Requirement: 

• Basic knowledge/awareness of current network security technologies such as firewalls, proxies, network and host-based intrusion prevention, DLP, vulnerability assessment tools, security information/event management, endpoint security, anti-virus/anti-malware, etc.
• Familiarity with analysis & research methods
• B.S. in Computer Science or Engineering or similar technical program
• 1-3 years in a technical analyst role
• Information security experience a plus

3. Team Lead

Job Description:

• The position will focus on establishing and ensuring adherence to an enterprise data governance framework for data policies, standards and practices, both at the organizational and Business and Functional level, to achieve the required level of consistency, quality and protection to meet overall business needs.
• The Data Governance Manager serves as a point of escalation for governance, data quality and will work closely work with business to improve the quality and value of data.
• Serve as a liaison between Business and Functional areas and technology to ensure that data related business requirements for protecting sensitive data are clearly defined, communicated and well understood and considered as part of operational prioritization and planning.
• Define indicators of performance and quality metrics and ensure compliance with data related policies, standards, roles and responsibilities, and adoption requirements.
• Prepare and provide team and process progress reports to the management.
• Identify new business opportunities and implement process improvement to reduce production time and increase accuracy through automation.
• Design strategies and processes to improve data consolidation, and integrity through various data validations and quality measures.

Requirement:

• Candidate must have 8-10 years of related work experience in the area of data governance, team management and quality and project management.
• Requires 3 - 5 years of team leadership/supervisory/management experience.
• Candidate must be a BCom/BSc Maths/BSc Statistics/Graduate/Post graduate (any discipline).
• Ability to lead team with demonstrated experience in project management.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of Accounting and Finance is a must.
• The profile involves effective communication across Client’s facilities globally and hence possessing an excellent communication skill in verbal and written English is a must.
