Job Description:

• The Team Lead will be responsible for supervising the day to day operational and administrative activities, ensuring that all processes are followed / executed and that deadlines are met.
• He/She will be expected to guide their team in the fulfillment of goals in relation to Service Level Agreements.
• He/She will assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex issues/problems raised by team members. 
• TL to provide world class customer
