Sales Manager - Commercial Vehicle Finance ( Bhatinda )

Job Description/ Requirement:  
  • Primarily responsible for handling dealers of Commercial Vehicle Finance, all activities concerned with the New sales and business of Heavy Commercial Vehicle & Light Commercial Vehicle Finance. 
  • Handling Activities like Sales, Initial Screening of Cases, and Disbursal Process & Collection in an around Bhatinda. 
  • Reaching out to customer requirements by providing in time service delivery ensuring customer satisfaction by creating product awareness.  
  • Identifying channels for revenue growth & developing plans to build consumer preference. Campaigns towards business acquisition/ incremental business share and market penetration.  
  • Inspecting of documents of customer, PDC, loan agreement and organising of docket for disbursement purposes. 
  • Updating and upholding of CMS and administering the preparation of MIS and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager 
  • Evaluating of data and presenting it to Regional Sales Manager for a smooth functioning process of the organization 
  • Sourcing of deals individually & DSA.  
  • Maintaining relationship with Manufacturer, Dealers & DSA. 
  • Daily meeting with Dealers and Existing Customer / Prospective Customers .  
  • Analysing latest marketing trends, tracking competitors activities and providing valuable inputs for marketing strategies for policy and product improvisation
Desired Candidate Profile 
  • Position is based in Bhatinda 
  • Candidate should be handling Commercial Vehicle sales,  
  • Well networked with DSA & Dealers.  
  • Min exp of 3 yrs in sales of Commercial Vehicle (LCV, HCV, MCV).  
  • Adequate knowledge on policies and processes of equipment leasing finance business.
