3. Client Engagement Executive(walk In drive)
Job Description/ Requirement:
- Primarily handling the BGV for few of the clients, which includes documents collection, reviewing and documents submission to clients.
- Proficiency in MS Office.( Excel, PowerPoint and word)
- Ensuring the attendance has been completed and shared by all the teams on time by effective follow-up so as to co-ordinate with the payroll team for accuracy and for a smooth salary pay-out cycle. Also follow up and co-ordination with the managers for any discrepancies with the allowances(NSA, incentives, OT, arrears..) or attendance.
- Leave management of the resources and ensuring to keep a check upon any excess leaves taken by the resources and keeping it documented
- Re-iterating the policies among the resources from time to time such as leave policy, Medical policy, ESIC etc.
- Organising monthly connect sessions with the employees and taking care of any grievance and keeping a constant contact with them to ensure their job satisfaction.
- Addressing resource queries from time to time pertaining to ESIC, Leaves, Increment etc.
- Ensuring a smooth on-boarding by providing all the details to the candidates such as the time and place of reporting, the necessary forms to fill by co-ordinating with the client.
- Providing Induction to the new joiners and briefing them policies of the company and sending out mails to them and making their first few months of joining smooth.
- Keeping a check on the resource and their performance reviews from time to time and counselling them .Taking care of termination cases carefully and strategically.
- Co-ordination the R & R process every quarter by getting the input from the client accurately.
- Taking care of exit interviews and ensuring a smooth exit process for the resources and retaining the resources as per possibilities.
- Dynamically supporting any tasks that comes up from time to time.
