- Installation & Commissioning of Feeder Equipments like Rotofeeders, LIW, Weighfeeders, solid flow meter and ensure the quality
- Problem Analysis & Trouble shooting of Feeders.
- Coordination with internal and external customers

Job Description:
- Preparation of STAAD model and Analysis based on Equipment/Structure load data and economical Design of Steel Structures.
- Should be able to efficiently model and analyze equipment/Structures for structural independently with due consideration of DL, LL, WL and Seismic stipulations as per ISO /International Codes.
- Perform Analysis based on Equipment layout and economical Design of Steel Structures including Stability calculation of equipment.
- Perform static analysis & design of super/sub-structure based on equipment load data and mechanical drawing using ISO /International Codes.
- To Prepare design report and approval for Structural Auditor/ Consultant/ Client.
- Aptitude for checking of detailed fabrication drawings and guiding the designers.
- Support Proposal team for preparing / reviewing BOQ for Structural steel for Tender purposes.
- Co-ordination with Global Static team and External Structural Auditor
- Attend project co-ordination meetings, liaise with project team members, and solve the site issue to attend the client at site.
Requirement:
- Should have Experience in Steel Structural design & Analysis for Air Pollution Control equipment’s and associated systems.
- Experience in structural design and analysis tool like StaadPro is essential.
- Should have thorough knowledge of Structural Steel Design as per WSM/LSM.
- Thorough knowledge of detailing of Steel Structures
- Experienced in Indian, American, DIN & Euro codes.
- Experience in Cement Industry or similar industry will be preferable.
- Experience in global engineering projects will be preferable.
- Experience in handling Third party consultant / Customer for approval.
- Experience in handling Third party vendor for outsourced engineering work.
- Experience in handling Trouble shooting on site with a hands-on approach.
- Experience in estimation for tendering purposes.
- Proficient to work in teams as well as independently.
- Expert in documentation, which meets the quality standards.
- Proficient in STADD software, AutoCAD 2D/3D, MS office applications etc. Tekla is advantage.
- 8+ Years Graduate / Post Graduate in Civil/ Structural Engineering
